Our shop accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and bank wire. You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store. Need help ? SHIPPING

Free shipping worldwide on all bags and jewelry. Your treasures will arrive 4 - 10 business days after payment is cleared. You will get them by DHL. If you would like to purchase more than 5 items, drop us an email on info@kalaichan.nl. We can organise international, trackable courier services for you at the going rate. We can also ship larger wholesale/institutional orders with a reputable freight forwarder.

 

Please keep in mind that international shipments might be held up by customs. We cannot be held responsible for this delay. Additional import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All the products are handmade. That means that sometimes the shapes, size and colors are slightly different then you see on the pictures. We believe that’s part of their charm. MANAVA does not accept returns because of these irregularities. We ensure the products are made with the best quality. But if something really isn’t right, please do contact us within 7 business days to return or exchange your item(s). We will do our best to resolve it. After 7 business days the sale becomes final. Always check your order upon arrival. If you'd like to return your purchase, we'll gladly refund the price of your items or exchange once we receive it in the same condition we shipped it.
