It takes 3-4 days for one woman artisan to make one ZARAVA placemat set. This is without harvesting, drying and cleaning the rattan, which usually is 1 month. This set makes a beautiful eye catcher in your interior. Use these mats to put your plants, candles, food or drinks on. Each purchase supports MANAVA artisans in Cambodia.
All the baskets are handmade. That means that sometimes the shapes and colours are slightly different then you see on the pictures. We believe that’s part of their charm. We ensure the baskets are made with the best quality. But if something really isn’t right, please do contact us within 7 business days to return or exchange your item(s). We will do our best to resolve it. After 7 business days the sale becomes final. Always check your order upon arrival. If you'd like to return your purchase, we'll gladly refund the price of your items or exchange once we receive it in the same condition we shipped it.

Your treasures will arrive between 4 - 7 business days after payment is cleared. You will get them by DHL. If you would like to purchase more than 3 (exclusive) baskets, drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We can organise international, trackable courier services for you at the going rate. We can also ship larger wholesale/institutional orders with a reputable freight forwarder.

Dust often with a feather duster or soft brush. Lightly clean the surface with a damp cloth. Keep your basket dry, they’re all made from natural materials so will deteriorate it they get damp. Keep away from direct sunlight to keep the colours bright. The rattan will fade and dry out if exposed to strong sunlight.
